This is a sequence based on a Big Band arrangement of "Alright, Okay, You Win." Music & Lyrics by Sid Wyche and Mayme Watts. Original arrangement by Sammy Nestico. Popularized by Count Basie and his Orchestra. All parts were individually scored for Jazz Ensemble using Freestyle & Performer Sequencing Software, and a Korg X5DR Synthesizer.

(Originally released on 11/5/98 to the "Members Only" area)
